How do I become a member?
It's easy!
Just come along to any of our screening!
Any film lover may have the chance of being its member of CFC. Chittagong Film Centre conducts its activities by two sessions yearly. First session consists of January to June and another is July to December. You may join our activities during these sessions. So what does a session cost?
Membership subscription for one year
General Membership BD TK. 800.00
Student Membership BD TK. 600.00
Life Membership
Fee BD TK. 7000.00
You can pay by cheque (Made payable to "Chittagong Film Centre") or hard cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit, debit or other plastic cards.
What do I get?
With your membership card, you also get...
· Free entry to any, or all, of over 60 films.
· Our wonderful magazine full of reviews, and a rather fetching poster.
· Reduced ticket prices for our special events and social occasions.
· The right to help choose next term's programme of films as part of our programming meetings.
· Free preview screenings of forthcoming films (watch for details!) as well as other bonus films I want to do more than just watch films!
As a member you can simply choose to only watch films. But as a member you also get (for free!) the right to take part in the active running and organization of one of the largest societies in Bangladesh.
Help to choose the films we play next term. Become a sound and lighting tech wizard. Design an eye-catching publicity campaign. Join in our splendid social events.
