The Chittagong Film Centre welcomes you to chittagongfilmcentre.org, our digital information network. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the network, on whatever device. Chittagong Film Centre in its absolute discretion reserves the right to bring this the agreement to an end, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has been terminated. Upon termination you would be entitled to outstanding subscription deposits after adjustment of any claim by Chittagong Film Centre.

CHITTAGONG FILM CENTRE has the right to terminate any user account at any time if the terms and conditions of subscription are violated by the subscriber or by any other person using the password. In this case subscription charges would not be refunded.

In the event the subscriber wishes to terminate the subscription service , such close his/her account may be done with prior notice of at least 15 days in case of monthly subscription and 30 days in case of annual subscription.

In any event outstanding subscription deposits, in any, is not be refundable.

The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of Chittagongfilmcentre.org provided in these Terms or by law.

4. Use of material appearing on Chittagongfilmcentre.org
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, different articles, graphics and news, published on the Chittagongfilmcentre.org information network, whether copyright of The Chittagong Film Centre or a third party.

You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Bangladesh courts.
